Yes! You can purchase a VeRelief device using your HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account). However, there are important details to keep in mind regarding device eligibility and the checkout process.
Which Devices Are Eligible?
You can use your HSA/FSA to purchase VeRelief devices, but only for one-time purchases. Devices with recurring subscription costs, such as:
- VeRelief Prime ($279)
- VeRelief Reset ($189)
are not eligible for HSA/FSA purchases.
How to Purchase with HSA/FSA
To complete your purchase using HSA/FSA, follow these steps carefully:

At Checkout:
- Fill in the shipping and billing information.
- Do not use express checkout options (e.g., ShopPay, Google Pay, or PayPal).

Avoid ShopPay Verification:
If ShopPay asks for a phone number verification code, ignore it. Instead, proceed by manually entering your information for shipping and billing. -
Select TruMed as Payment Method:
- On the payment page, select TruMed as your payment method.
- Enter your HSA/FSA information in the TruMed form.

Complete the Purchase:
- Once the payment is processed, you’ll be redirected to the order confirmation page. This confirms that your purchase has been successfully completed.
