Charging VeRelief

How do I charge VeRelief?

You charge VeRelief using the USB-C cable provided with your purchase. You can plug the smaller end into the bottom of the VeRelief device and the larger end into a charging brick. You will know the device is charging when the LED lights start flashing from left to right.

In some cases when the battery is completely dead, there will be no LED lights on when you plug the device into the charger. This is fine. Keep the device on the charger for a few hours and the device should be fully charged.

How long do I charge VeRelief?

You should charge VeRelief for at least 2 hours. After 2-3 hours, the battery should be fully charged.

How often should I charge VeRelief?

You should charge VeRelief 1-2 times per week, depending on how often you are using the device.

How long does the battery last?

A typical fully charged battery should last about a week before needing to be recharged. This will depend on how frequently you are using the device.

How do I know when the battery needs to be recharged?

When you first remove the cap, the LED lights will flash for a brief second. The number of LED lights that turn on indicate how full the battery is. If all 5 LED lights turn on, the battery is fully charged. If only 1 LED light turns on, the battery is low and should be recharged.

Once the battery gets drained, the far left LED light will start flashing and you will no longer be able to use the device until it becomes fully charged. If you see this LED flash, you should recharge your device.
