I feel dizzy or lightheaded after using my device. Am I using my device wrong?

If you continue to experience dizziness with the VeRelief device, it may be necessary to make some adjustments to your usage. While dizziness is not dangerous, it can be uncomfortable and interfere with your overall experience. To help alleviate this issue, we recommend following a "low and slow" approach.

The Low and Slow Approach

Start by using the device at a low intensity setting where you can barely feel the sensations. Hold it in place for a very short amount of time, no more than 30 seconds. This will allow your body to gradually adjust to the sensations and reduce the likelihood of dizziness.

If you can tolerate this initial period without experiencing any dizziness, you can slowly increase the amount of time you hold the device in place. Work your way up to 5 minutes on each side, allowing your body to acclimate to the extended usage.

Once you can comfortably tolerate a full 10-minute session without any dizziness, you can consider increasing the intensity of the device. However, it's important to note that this may not be necessary for everyone. Depending on your sensitivity levels, it could take several weeks or even months before you are able to tolerate a full session at a higher intensity.

Considerations

We understand that this process may take some time, but it's important to be patient and consistent with your usage. By gradually increasing the duration and intensity of your VeRelief sessions, you can help minimize the occurrence of dizziness and maximize the benefits of the device.

However, if you continue to experience dizziness even after following these steps, it may indicate that VeRelief is not the best option for you.
