How does upgrading VeRelief Devices Work?

We aim to provide flexible upgrade options for our customers. Whether you're moving from the VeRelief Mini or Reset to the VeRelief Prime, here’s everything you need to know about the process.


Standard Upgrade Process (Mini to Prime or Reset to Prime)

If you’ve purchased a VeRelief Mini or Reset device and want to upgrade to the VeRelief Prime:

  1. Return Your Current Device:

    • Under the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
      If you are within the 60-day return window, return your device following the instructions in our shipping and returns policy
    • Ensure the device, accessories, and unit box are included. If the packing slip is missing, write your 4-5 digit order number and the word "RETURN" on the box or label.
  2. Receive Your Refund:

    • Once your returned device is processed, we’ll issue a refund. This refund can be applied to the purchase of your VeRelief Prime device.
  3. Purchase the VeRelief Prime:

    • The VeRelief Prime device can be purchased directly at its regular price on our website. Currently, no discounts or promotions are available for upgrades.

Non-Traditional Upgrades (Pro and PEMF Devices)

Upgrades to higher-ticket items like the VeRelief Pro or PEMF devices are considered on a case-by-case basis and require management approval.

    • Include details about your current device and the product you’d like to upgrade to.
  • Approval Process:

    • Management will review your request and determine if an upgrade is feasible. Additional fees or conditions may apply.

Important Notes

  • Refund Eligibility: Returns for upgrades must comply with our return policy. Devices must be in like-new condition and include all original accessories and packaging.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return and any new purchase.
  • Device Compatibility: The VeRelief Reset (Mini+) is already optimized for many users, but upgrading to the Prime offers additional capablities for enhanced relief.
