      Replacing Gel Tips for VeRelief Devices

      To ensure optimal performance and comfort during use, it’s important to replace your activator gels or gel tips at least every 7 days. With less frequent use, they may last up to 30 days, but weekly replacement helps ensure the best experience. Below is the updated guidance for the lifespan, replacement, and pricing of gel tips based on your specific VeRelief device. Please note the Mini + is the same device as the Reset not the Mini. 

      1. Gel Tip Lifespan by Device

      VeRelief Mini (2023 version only)

      • Average Lifespan: 7 days.
      • Details: Gel tips on the Mini typically shrink faster with regular use, leading to reduced contact with the skin. This can make the stimulation feel weaker or, for some sensitive users, sharper or stinging.

      VeRelief Prime, Reset, and Pro

      • Average Lifespan: 30 days (with less frequent use). 
      • Details: Gel tips on the Prime, Reset, and Pro have a longer average lifespan. However, over time they also shrink, reducing contact and potentially causing less effective or sharper stimulation. To maintain optimal device performance, it is recommended to replace it at least every 7 days.

      2. Understanding Gel Tip Lifespan

      It’s important to note that lifespan averages are influenced by:

      • Frequency of use (daily vs occasional).
      • Humidity and conditions in the storage area.
      • Skin hydration levels.
      • Use of hydration products like lotions or gels to improve conductivity.

      Not all gel tips will reach or expire at the exact average lifespan due to these factors. Monitor the condition of your gel tips and replace them as needed.

      Pricing Per Jar:

      • Four Pairs (no subscription): $49.95.
      • Subscription Option: $39.95 per four pairs (monthly or every other month subscription).

      5. Tips for Extending Gel Tip Comfort

      • If gel tips begin to feel dry or sharp before their average lifespan, apply a light amount of cream, lotion, or hydration gel to your skin. This can restore comfort and conductivity.
      • Ensure your device is stored out of direct sunlight in a cool or room temperature environment.
