How to Leave Feedback or a Review for VeRelief Devices

1. Leaving a Product Review

You can leave a review directly on the product page for the device you ordered. If your device is an older model, you can leave your review on the product page for the most recent version.

  • Example:
    • If you own a VeRelief Mini or Reset, you can leave your review on the VeRelief Reset page, as the Reset is the updated version of the Mini.

To leave a review:

  1. Visit the product page for your device or its latest version on the Hoolest website.
  2. Scroll to the reviews section.
  3. Submit your review by sharing your experience and rating the product.

2. Sharing Additional Feedback

If you’d like to provide feedback directly to our team:

  • Email us at support@hoolest.com with your comments or suggestions.
  • We welcome insights on your experience and any suggestions for improvement.

3. Participating in Surveys

Occasionally, we send out customer surveys to gather feedback and improve our products and services. While these surveys are not sent out on a regular schedule, you’re welcome to take advantage of them whenever you receive one.
