If I bought my device from a different reseller, is it still under Hoolest's warranty?

Hoolest stands behind the quality of our products and we offer a 1-year warranty for all of our products starting from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with your VeRelief device within this period, please contact us and provide the details of your purchase, including proof of purchase if you purchased from a different seller. We will verify if your product is under warranty and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. You can contact us at support@hoolest.com for any warranty inquiries.

We do not offer warranty service if your product was purchased from an unverified reseller.
