Is my VeRelief device not charging properly?

To check if your device is charging, plug it into the charging cable and observe the number of light bars that turn on. If any light bars turn on, it means the device is charging. If none turn on, the device is not charging and may be broken.

To check if your device is fully charged and ready to use, remove the device from the charging cable and remove the cap. Observe the number of light bars that turn on in the first second. If none turn on, the unit is likely broken and needs to be replaced. If any light bars turn on, the unit is charged and ready to go.

To check if the device is working properly, press the right button. If the light bars turn on each time you press the right button, then the device is working. If no lights turn on, make sure to remove the cap before pressing the buttons. If the cap is removed and still no lights turn on, the unit is likely defective.

Once the light bars turn on, touch the gel tips into your skin. If you feel a slight tingling sensation, then the device is working correctly. If you feel nothing, try replacing the electrodes or adding skin cream, gel, or tap water to the skin on the neck. If you still feel nothing, then the unit is likely broken.
