Each gel tip should last up to 30 days. After 30 days, they should be replaced to ensure the device continues to perform optimally.
But what if your gel tips aren't lasting up to 30 days? What if they dry out and they stop working well after 1-2 weeks?
If this happens to you, we recommend using the gel hydration solution to rehydrate your gels and extend their life.
The Right Way to Use the Gel Hydration Solution
When using the gel hydration solution, you should remove the gel tips from the device and place them back into one of their jars. Then add a few drops of gel hydration solution into the jar with the gel tips.
Replace the cap and shake the jar around a bit, making sure the gel tips get covered with the solution. You can then leave the gel tips in the jar and store them for future use, or you can remove them and place them back into the device for use.
You should notice the gel tips have come back to life and deliver strong stimulation again.
The Wrong Way
Do not apply gel solution to the gel tips while they are stored in the VeRelief device. This may cause gel hydration solution to seep down into the device and can cause damage to the device.
It is important to remove the gel tips from the device before adding solution to them.
