VeRelief Prime Mode 3: The Stress Protocol

How to recover from stress faster using VeRelief Prime

Stress and anxiety differ in their nature - anxiety is a mental state characterized by apprehension and worry, while stress is a physical reaction triggered by the nervous system's "fight or flight" response.

Some common reasons why someone may experience a stress response include work pressure, financial difficulties, relationship issues, health problems, and major life changes such as moving to a new city or starting a new job. These factors can all contribute to feelings of tension and overwhelm, triggering the body's natural stress response.

This protocol is designed to be a powerful, drug-free, and natural way to recover from a stress response. It uses Mode 3 in the VeRelief Prime, which uses a constant 100Hz frequency stimulation waveform, optimized for vagus nerve stimulation for stress recovery.

Mode 3: Stress Recovery

This protocol is best experienced when you are in the middle of a stress response. You may not notice any difference in feeling if you are already in a relaxed state.

Start by putting the VeRelief Prime into Mode 3. Then turn up the intensity to the 3rd LED bar, or about halfway up. Make sure you have a fresh pair of gel tips in the device, or that your skin is hydrated and not dry.

Apply the gel tips to the side of your neck over the vagus nerve. Make sure the gel tips are in a vertical orientation right underneath your ear lobe. Move the device around until you feel the "buzzing" sensation in your ear.

If you don't feel the "buzzing", try turning up the intensity and moving it around until you feel the "buzzing". The intensity should be as high as you can comfortably tolerate. Once you feel that sensation, hold the device in place for 5 minutes while maintaining that "buzzing" sensation in your ear.

After 5 minutes, remove the device and apply it to the vagus nerve on the other side of the neck. You may need to adjust the intensity as both sides may receive stimulation differently. Hold the device in place for another 5 minutes.

After 5 more minutes, remove the device and replace the cap. Sit back and take a deep breath and notice how your mind and body are feeling.

If you don't feel a sense of calm or reduced stress, wait another 15 minutes before trying the same protocol again. You may need to stimulate your vagus nerve several times before you start to notice the effects.
