What Are My Options After my 1 Year Warranty?

We want to ensure you have long-lasting satisfaction with your device, even after the warranty period has ended. Below, we outline how we handle repairs and replacements for post-warranty devices, including options for discontinued models.


Post-Warranty Service Fee

For devices that are no longer under warranty, we offer repair and replacement services:

  • Standard Repair Fee: $39 USD (plus shipping both ways)
  • Shipping Costs: Determined based on your location and shipping method.

This fee covers repair services, ensuring your device is restored to working condition.


Replacement Options for Discontinued Models

If you own a discontinued device model, we provide two main solutions:

  1. Repair Service for Discontinued Models

    • We will collect your discontinued device, assess the issue, and repair it when possible.
    • This service is subject to the $39 USD repair fee plus shipping.
  2. Upgrade to a Current Model

    • If your discontinued model cannot be repaired or you prefer an upgrade, we will replace it with the current version of the device.
    • For example:
      • VeRelief Mini → Replaced by Reset (Mini +)

    This ensures you receive the latest features and technology while maintaining continuity of use.


How to Proceed with Post-Warranty Service

To initiate a repair or replacement:

  1. Check Applicable Troubleshooting Help Center Articles: Before contacting our support team please check the applicable troubleshooting help center articles in the post purchase section of our help center. If the there are no applicable troubleshooting articles or the tips do not help resolve the issue proceed to step 2.  
  2. Contact Support:
    Email us at support@hoolest.com with the following details:

    • Your 4-5 digit order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Confirmation of your shipping address
  3. Ship the Device:

    • Follow the return instructions provided by our support team.
    • Include your device, accessories, and (if available) the packing slip.
  4. Review Service Options:
    Once we assess the condition of your device, we will inform you of the repair or replacement options, along with any associated costs.
