Heart rate will not change while you are actively using VeRelief. However, heart rate should drop by 3-10 beats per minute immediately after using VeRelief.
The effects on heart rate will depend on your current resting heart rate. If your heart rate is high, you can expect to see a larger decrease in heart rate right after using VeRelief.
If your heart rate is low, you should not expect to see a decrease in your heart rate after using VeRelief.
It is important to note that VeRelief will not cause bradycardia, an unsafe drop in heart rate below 50 beats per minute. If you have a low resting heart rate, you can safely use VeRelief.
