What is Hoolest's Warranty Policy?

At Hoolest, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. Our warranty policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction and provide support in the event of any manufacturing defects.

1-Year Warranty for VeRelief Handheld Models

We offer a one-year warranty on our VeRelief Mini and VeRelief Prime models, effective from the delivery date of the original purchase. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty is applicable to products purchased directly from Hoolest or authorized resellers. It does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to lack of maintenance
  • Repairs attempted by unauthorized personnel

Initiating a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your device within the warranty period, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Troubleshooting Help Center Articles: Visit our post purchase section in the help center for the applicable troubleshooting tips. If there are non applicable to your issue or they have not yielded any results proceed with step 2. 
  2. Contact Support: Email our support team at support@hoolest.com. Provide a detailed description of the problem, your four-digit order number, and confirm your current shipping address.

  3. Provide Evidence: We may request photo or video evidence of the defect to support your claim. While not all issues can be visually demonstrated, providing such evidence can expedite the process.

Replacement Process

Upon verification of the defect, we will:

  • Send a replacement unit at no additional cost.
  • Include a return envelope and shipping label for the defective unit.

Return of Defective Unit

Please return the defective unit within 7 business days of receiving the replacement. Failure to do so may result in charges for the shipping cost of the replacement unit.

International Warranty Services

As of January 12, 2024, we have discontinued international warranty services for countries outside our current shipping scope, which includes Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States. Customers in unsupported countries should contact support@hoolest.com for assistance.
