60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We provide a 60-day trial period for all products purchased directly from us. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return the product within 60 days from the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be in like-new condition and returned in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Return Process

  1. Prepare Your Return
    Ensure you have the following items ready for the return:

    • The device
    • The unit box (not the shipping box)
    • All accessories that came with the device
    • The packing slip (if available)

    If you are missing any of these items or have questions, please contact our support team for assistance.

  2. Label the Package
    If the packing slip is not included in the box, write your 4-5 digit order number and the word “RETURN” directly on the box using a sharpie or marker. Alternatively, you can include this information on the return label.

  3. Ship the Package
    Send your package to the applicable address below:

Refund Details

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to reflect in your account. A $10 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The $10 reprocessing fee exists because Hoolest is charged order processing fees when each order is placed through our payment processor. 

Additional Information

  • Damaged Items: Damaged devices or other items are not returnable unless provided with an exemption.

  • 90 Day Extension: Orders are still returnable within 90 days (30 days after the 60 days) for a higher restocking fee of $15. 

  • Exclusions: The 60-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first unit purchased. This means a second order with the same device is not eligible for a return. However if you purchased a different unit in your second order it would be eligible for a refund. 

    Products like the 90-day supply of rehydration solution, hydration gel, opened electrodes once opened cannot be returned. Electrodes provided as part of your device order can be returned for the full device refund.
