- Check the product page for any updates or notifications regarding your specific item.
Step 3: Check for Emails
- If there’s a substantial delay, check your email inbox (and spam folder) for any communications from our team or management regarding the status of your order.
Step 4: Confirm Fulfillment
- You’ll know your order has been fulfilled when you receive a shipping confirmation email from orders@hoolest.com.
- This email includes your tracking number.
- Note: An order confirmation email (received after checkout) only confirms your order and customer information—it is not the same as a shipping confirmation.
Step 5: Contact Us for Assistance
- If your order has not been fulfilled after 1-2 business days and you’ve checked the product page and emails for updates, please contact our support team.
