  • Check the product page for any updates or notifications regarding your specific item.

Step 3: Check for Emails

  • If there’s a substantial delay, check your email inbox (and spam folder) for any communications from our team or management regarding the status of your order.

Step 4: Confirm Fulfillment

  • You’ll know your order has been fulfilled when you receive a shipping confirmation email from orders@hoolest.com.
    • This email includes your tracking number.
  • Note: An order confirmation email (received after checkout) only confirms your order and customer information—it is not the same as a shipping confirmation.
