The duration of the calming effects will depend primarily on three factors: 1. Your current state of stress or anxiety 2. The environment in which you are in 3. The strength of stimulation you are using.    **Current State** VeRelief will have the most noticeable and longest lasting effects when you are currently in a severe state of stress or anxiety. If you are already in a calm state, you won't feel any noticeable difference after using VeRelief.  The effects can last anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour, depending on the severity of your stress levels.    **Environment** The environment you are in will have a significant impact on how you feel after using VeRelief. If you are in a calm environment such as a home or any quiet place, the effects may last longer because your nervous system is not being agitated. If you are in a stressful situation such as a busy public setting, an office, or just feeling severely stressed and overwhelmed, the effects may not last as long. However, most people report that all they need is to rebalance their nervous system and calm themselves for a few minutes, and then they can maintain that level of calm for hours.   **Stimulation Strength** To get the longest lasting calming effects, you'll need to turn up the intensity as high as you can comfortably tolerate. The higher you turn up the intenstiy, the longer the calming effects will last.  However, be careful if you are known to be hypersensitive to stimulation.
