The sensations that VeRelief delivers feel like a soft "prickliness" or "tingliness" on your skin. Many people describe it as a "buzzing" sensation going up in their ear, but their ear is not actually buzzing or moving.  If you do not feel any "buzzing" sensation going up into your ear, you are either not hitting the right location or you need to turn up the intensity.  If you turn it up too high, it can feel sharp, uncomfortable, and potentially painful. You should always use the device at an intensity that is as high as you can COMFORTABLY tolerate.    After using VeRelief for a full session, many people report they feel like the just completed a 30-minute mindfulness session. Their body feels heavier, their heart rate is slower, their breathing rate is slower, muscle tension is reduced, and they overall feel more calm and relaxed.  However, they don't feel groggy, sedative, or cognitively impaired.  That is one of the benefits of the VeRelief device. There are no artificial substances you are putting into your body, so there are no side effects on your mind or body.    If you don't feel any different after using the device, consider waiting until your body experiences a severe stress response before using again.
