# What Should I Do if I Received the Wrong Item or Quantity?

We’re sorry to hear that your order wasn’t correct! To resolve this issue quickly, please follow the steps below:

1. **Take Clear Photos:**
   
     - Include a picture of the items you received.
     - Capture the box dimensions, typically located on the bottom of the box.
2. **Provide Your Order Information:**
   
     - Include your **order number** or **confirmation number** (found in your confirmation email or checkout details).
3. **Contact Us Directly:**
   
     - Contact our support team with the information above.
